Gareth demonstrates how the automation waits for the user's response before proceeding further. Users can choose to open the task in Relay or fill out a form directly in Slack. The automation reacts accordingly based on the user's choice, either sending a reminder to the designated Slack channel or stopping the automation.

Although Gareth only scratches the surface of Relay's capabilities in this video, he highlights its unique per user pricing structure.
