How to Track Digital Goals in Airtable

With the dawn of a new year, comes new goals and planning. If you're ready to shift to tracking your goals digitally, look no further than this Airtable tutorial.

In this video I showcase this template to track OKRs inside of Airtable. OKRs, or Objectives and Key Results are a popular way to track goals and the different levers that will drive the desired outcomes. Objectives are the high-level, or macro, perspective. These consist of the big things you are trying to accomplish. Key Results, on the other hand, are the measurable tactics that you'll leverage to produce the desired objective.

In this template I've included several views that allow you to track past, present, and future targets. In addition, if you're using a pro Airtable plan, you can get access to the Gantt App that gives you a nice visual indication of progress as the quarter unfolds.
