Even today, offices still print forms and keep physical copies on file, but it's completely unnecessary in most cases. Learn how to move your exisiting form online with JotForm's "Import Form" capability. In this video, I take the IRS W9 form and convert it to an online form. Then, I add a signature element to the form and demonstrate how the PDF version is created automatically.
